  • It's double plate steel reel, processed from high quality steel plates & tubes.

  • Main flange curled to strengthen outer edges & outer flange reinforced by  stamping operation.

  • Welded by  MIG/MAG welding process.

  • Well maintained geometrical dimensions & dynamically balanced

according to ISO 1940-G40 for line speed up to 40m/sec.

  • Manufactured as per DIN 46397, However can be customized according to customer requirements. 

  • Size range from o/ 400 mm to O/800 mm.

APPLICATION

  • Suitable for all kind of wire/cable machines.

  • Can be utilized for operation like wire drawing, bunching, stranding, rewinding, extrusion line etc.
